Revolutionizing Data Access: AI-Powered Conversational System Integrates with Datasets for Seamless Interaction

In a ground-breaking move towards modernizing customer service, marketing, and sales processes, the latest version for Artificial Intelligence Framework is being developed as part of the recently awarded DISRUPT funding to Dynamic Works Syntellicore. The specific part of the project is designed to revolutionize the way businesses access and utilize their data and focuses on developing a multilingual conversational AI system that taps into the company’s datasets, allowing people to ask questions in plain language and get comprehensive answers from their company's databases.

Furthermore, Dynamic Works is developing an innovative AI-powered system that helps businesses easily access their data. This system will allow businesses that use Syntellicore to chat with the AI and receive information about how to use various features in the system.

Key Objectives Include:

  • Multilingual Conversational AI: The system can understand and respond in different languages, making it more accessible worldwide.
  • Voice Call Transcription: By enhancing the AI's comprehension through transcription, businesses can further optimize customer profiling and service and improve their overall customer experience
  • AI-Driven Market Analysis: Leveraging AI to refine market analysis, customer profiling, and sales management processes, this innovation enables businesses to make more informed decisions and tailor their strategies effectively.

More Accurate Results
The system goes beyond simple query translation. It leverages sophisticated AI models—such as the Llama language model—allowing for more customized responses by incorporating context and conversation history into the query process. This ensures that the data retrieved is precise and aligned with the user’s intent. The AI also resolves ambiguity in user queries, refining the natural language input into a clearer and more specific SQL command, making data access faster and more efficient.

A Secure and Reliable Solution
The system is designed to be secure, ensuring that the data remains protected while being accessed quickly and accurately. Users don’t need technical skills to use it. As stated by the Dynamic Works’ Senior Engineer Constantinos Charalambous “This system allows businesses to get the data they need without technical background. It’s easy to use, accurate, and secure.”

“The use of AI in the support department will enhance our customers’ experience by faster replies on 24/7 shifts”. By collecting data from existing departments cases, we are training our AI system on progressively providing improved responses.

This project, which is co-funded by the Cyprus Research Innovation Foundation (RIF), underscores significant advancements in AI technology, positioning businesses to achieve optimized market analysis, customer engagement, and data management with unprecedented ease and precision.

The project’s first phase is already under way, with the established AI team working closely to complete the first set of deliverables.
