We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and skilled Technical Business Analyst professional who is eager to make a real impact. If you are ready to be a key part of our team at our Nicosia office, we would love to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success!

The role:

• Act as the critical bridge between clients, product teams, and developers to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
• Manage the feature implementation lifecycle from discovery and design to launch, UAT, and post-release support.
• Translate client and market needs into structured product specifications and user stories.
• Stay current with regulatory frameworks and trading industry trends to guide product direction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on feature scope, roadmap prioritization, and product goals.
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with Project Managers to define scope, manage evolving expectations, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Participate and sometimes lead pre-sales discussions, providing technical insights where integrations and regulatory fit are concerned.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate outcomes against business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial markets, fintech, forex or investment services industry will be considered as a plus.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and brokerage operations (onboarding, KYC, Affiliate/IB structures, compliance workflows) will be considered as a plus.
• Familiarity with financial regulations relevant to brokers (e.g., MiFID II, AML/KYC standards) will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and API documentation platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
