We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist professional who is eager to make a real impact. If you are ready to be a key part of our team at our Nicosia office, we would love to meet you and discuss how you can contribute to our success!

The role:

• Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media, display).
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Managing content strategy for digital marketing purposes and ensure alignment with our sales team.
• Staying up-to-date with digital technology developments and be proactive in integrating new technologies into our marketing strategy.
• Developing customer retention and loyalty programs to build long-term relationships with existing customers, increasing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, informing marketing and product decisions.

What we are looking for:

• University Degree in Marketing, Business or any other related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience within the Software/Technology industry will be considered an advantage.
• Expertise in SEO, content strategy, and digital campaign execution is a must.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, data analytics, content strategy, and social media management.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Skills in creative content writing, adept in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional communicator, able to clearly convey complex ideas and foster collaboration across teams.
• Enjoys working with others, building positive relationships across departments and fostering a team-oriented culture.
