Key Responsibilities as a Technical Engineer in Cyprus
In a nutshell, your job as our Technical |Engineer will be to assist in various IT-related tasks.
Requirements, Qualifications & Attributes:
- Assisting in configuring the Syntellicore CRM
- Maintaining internal Infrastructure and systems
- Providing internal IT support
- Providing first level client support
- IT related degree / diploma
- Experience in Web applications.
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, will be considered a plus
- Knowledge in CRM applications will be considered a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills English and Greek
- Technical skills; Problem-solving skills; Fast and effective; Team spirit
- Knowledge in cloud technologies and networks, either in the place of Web applications or another item, will be considered a plus.
